CONFIRMATION OF A BOOKING AND A CONTRACT
The confirmation of a booking is seen as a contract between the client and ENJOY
AFRICA Travel Consultancy cc. With confirmation ENJOY AFRICA immediately requests a non-refundable 20% deposit of the total price. The contract will come into
effect a soon as the payment of the deposit is received, until then the correspondence is seen only as a quotation, subject to price increases and availability.
PAYMENT & TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
The balance of the total price has to reach ENJOY AFRICA six (6) weeks before the departure date of the tour or date of booking. Please fax or send the payment
advice to ENJOY AFRICA.
Payment can also be done by VISA or MASTER credit card.
The travel documents will be handed to the client on arrival in Namibia, or according to the wishes of the client, can be sent by registered mail or courier
service.
CANCELLATIONS
A cancellation must be in writing. Upon receipt of the cancellation the following applies:
A cancellation up to 41 days prior to the departure date: deposit forfeited,
from 40 days to 14 days prior to departure: 50% of the total price forfeited and
from 13 days until nil days prior to departure: 100% of the total price forfeited!
No refunds will be made for a change of itinerary during the trip or for services booked, but not claimed. Clients should be insured for such instances.
INSURANCE
ENJOY AFRICA insists on travel and cancellation insurance and strongly suggests that clients take out insurances for their luggage, medical expenses, accidents
and money.
ENJOY AFRICA will not accept any liability for death, injury, illness, damage and/or financial loss, whilst travelling with this company.
TRAVEL CONSULTING
ENJOY AFRICA adheres to the careful duty of a proper business for the conscientious travel preparation, the careful selection and supervision of performances,
the correctness of the itineraries and the orderly execution of the duties laid down in the contract.
If ENJOY AFRICA is merely the mediator of someone else’s performances, ENJOY AFRICA will not adhere to the performances as such, but merely for the proper mediation
of the performances. ENJOY AFRICA will not be liable with regard to the information, performance and indication listed in someone else’s travel documents,
especially not about the quality and time of someone else’s performances.
DRIVERS’ LICENCES
It is the responsibility of the client, who undertakes a Self-Drive Tour in Southern Africa, to obtain a valid international Driver’s Licence before the
departure date.
The licence of the country of origin must be presented too.
VISAS, PASSPORTS AND HEALTH REGULATIONS
ENJOY AFRICA does not take any responsibility for visas and customs regulations and sees it as the duty of the clients to inform themselves before their
departure about these regulations. It is the obligation of the client to ensure, if he or she is medically fit and able to embark upon a tour. Clients should take
professional advice about anti-malaria precautions prior to departure.
